THE CLINTON EMAIL SCANDAL, FACT OR FICTION?
When a person removes any government documents without having them unclassified, they have committed espionage. And if a person sets up a site to have government documents sent to it via a relay or misleading destination (phishing), they have committed espionage.
None of the emails sent to Hillary Rodham Clinton could have been unclassified as nobody even knew she was doing this according to the talking heads circling the wagons in the Obama Administration.
She clearly broke the law, and she knew she was doing it. Don't believe any different. Will anything be done to her? NO! Politicians are all selected and protected to the end. Can you believe nobody noticed the email address?
Just ask yourself this one question. What would the Obama Administration do to you if your home had a server with unclassified documents on it? 250,000 years in jail, that's what would happen.
Clinton was quick to complain about U.S. Ambassador to Kenya Scott Gration, who ordered a commercial Internet connection installed in his embassy office bathroom so he could work there on a laptop not connected to the Department email system.
The State Department email system provides automatic security, record-keeping, and backup functions as required by law. Using a private email outside the State Department's secure system is not only unacceptable, but its a criminal offense.
Many news agencies have filed a Freedom of Information request (FOIA) on Clinton for the emails as it is the only law that gives citizens the right to access information from the federal government. Many of the requests filed by we, the people go unanswered or take decades with long drawn out court cases to get honored.
Even if successful, can you trust that all the documents will ever come to light? We still don't have the facts on Benghazi, Health Care Gate, File Gate, Cattle Futures Gate, Travel Gate, Whitewater or the Lewinsky fiasco.
This latest story will also go away like all the others. Nothing ever seems to stick to her Teflon coated pants suites as its just water off a duck's back to one of America's most influential corporate owned politicians in history.
The billions will continue to flow into the "Clinton Machine" while the private contracts slide over to their cronies as we all get the bill. Move on people, nothing to see here. Just another day in the life of a career politician doing the job the puppet masters hire her to do.
